On Thursday, May 5, 2011, 26-year-old Joshua Robert Terry, originally from Moncton, appeared in Campbellton Provincial Court and was charged with aggravated assault and attempted murder. The charges stem from an incident at the Restigouche Hospital Centre in Campbellton, N.B., on September 5, 2010.

Joshua Terry pleaded not guilty to both charges. He is already in custody in connection with other charges. A preliminary inquiry is scheduled for March 20, 2012 in Campbellton
