On Saturday, January 2, 2010, at 3:35 p.m., police received a call for an unconscious prisoner at the Toronto Don Jail, 550 Gerrard Street East.
Correctional staff located a man with obvious signs of trauma. He was taken to hospital with life-threatening injuries and later died.
On Monday, May 3, 2010, Hussein Nur, 21, Abdifatah Mohamed, 20, both of Toronto, were arrested and charged with:
1) Second Degree Murder.
They are scheduled to appear in court at College Park, on Wednesday, May 5, 2010, room 505, at 10 a.m.
