It is reported that:
– on Friday, June 4, 2010, a 14-year-old girl was sexually assaulted by a 19-year-old man at Humber Bay Park West.
– the suspect, who was known to one of the friends of the victim, had arranged to bring the girls to a “bush party” at the park,
– after a period of time, the victim got separated from her friends and was led away to a remote area of the park and sexually assaulted by the suspect,
The suspect was arrested on Saturday, June 5, 2010.
Tenzing Pasang, 19, of Toronto, has been charged with Sexual Assault and Sexual Interference.
He was scheduled to appear in court on Sunday, June 6, 2010, Old City Hall, 10 a.m.
