On Tuesday, September 14, 2010 the High Tech Crime/Internet Child Exploitation (HTC-ICE) Unit arrested Michel MALLETTE, 53 years old, of Ottawa.
MALLETTE was using the pseudo name of “mechantgarcon1957” online to communicate. Police are seeking any information from the public if they may have had communication on the internet with MALLETTE with this username
MALLETTE is charged with 4 counts of Luring a Child.
