On Sunday, September 19, 2010, at 3:30 a.m., Queen’s Park Crescent will be closed until approximately 5 p.m. for the Queen’s Park Grand Prix. This event is a road bike race which will have three separate races.

The following routes will be affected

•Queen’s Park Crescent at Bloor Street West
•Queen’s Park Crescent East at Wellesley Street West
•Queen’s Park Crescent East at St. Joseph Street
•Queen’s Park Crescent East at Grosvenor Street
•Hoskins Avenue at St. George Street
•Queen’s Park Crescent West at Hoskins Avenue
•Queen’s Park Crescent at College Street

The organizers are expecting approximately 5,000 people to attend this event.

Motorists are advised there will be traffic disruptions in the downtown core.
