On Thursday October 7th, 2010 at approximately 1:50 AM police were at escorting a male from the apartments at 580 Dundas St who had been arrested for a Criminal Offence when they were approached by a 26 year old male. Thismale was attempting to interfere with the police.

He became belligerent with the police and he would not identify himself. The male was advised that he was trespassing and needed to leave, but he refused and therefore was arrestedby police under the Trespass to Property Act. The male became combative and in an effort to resist being arrested he bit the officer arresting him on the hand. The officer received a minor injury from this incident.

Police have charged 26 year old Carl BOYER of London with resist arrest and assault police.
