On 2011/02/16 at 0930hrs Police were called to the residence located at 116 Cathcart Street in Hamilton.
A dead body was found in the rear yard and the Coroner attended the scene and ordered a post mortem examination of the body.
That Post Mortem examination was conducted this afternoon at the Hamilton General Hospital.
This death has been determined to be a homicide and the victim is identified as Laura Ann Young 37yrs of Hamilton.
Young was 5’5 and 120 lbs
Police believe this homicide occurred overnight between Tuesday 15th February and the morning of Wednesday 16th February.
