police search for missing toronto man othneil foster

The Toronto Police Service is requesting assistance locating a missing man.

Othneil Foster, 79, has been missing since Monday, July 9, 2018, at 11 p.m. He was last seen in theDufferin Street and Wilson Avenue area.

He is described as 5’10�, 140 lbs, thin build, brown eyes, short grey hair. He was last seen wearing a blue sweater, khaki pants, grey sneakers.

Police are concerned for his safety.
