Epic Proportions is a screwball comedy that takes place behind the scenes on a 1930s motion picture set. Brothers Phil and Benny journey to the Arizona desert to be extras in the Biblical epic Exeunt Omnes. (That’s Latin for “Everybody out!” We think.) Under the watch of a mysterious Orson Welles-esque director, the film goes wildly over budget and out of control. Before long, Phil is directing the movie and Benny is starring in it. Along the way they encounter romance, danger and a supporting cast of thousands all played by four intrepid actors.
