What could be a better way to celebrate the end of summer than three days of music, art and barbecue on the sand in Surf City, USA? With performances by Mark McGrath of Sugar Ray, Jefferson Starship, Michelle Branch and Gin Blossoms, the first-ever Huntington Beach Food, Art and Music Festival will turn a stretch of pristine Orange County coast into a weekend hub for classic tunes, local art and good grub. Championship barbeque teams from around the country will be serving their best ribs, chicken and brisket while more than 200 juried artists will showcase everything from jewelry and painting to woodworking and photography. A children’s fun zone and an all-star band (performing with singers of bands like Toto, Loverboy, Survivor and Dokken) round out these three days of fun in the sun for the whole family.
