Featuring 16 entries from the U.S. to France to Malaysia and beyond, the festival cultivates the talents of talented young filmmakers who have created these captivating shorts. Documentary, animation, narrative, experimental, music and non-fiction short films will screen during the one-day festival at the Armstrong Theater in Torrance, and at the end of the event, you’ll get to vote on the “Best of the Fest” winner.
