Arjun Rampal holds rights of title Villain

Times readers Get FREE $30 to spend on Amazon, Walmart…Prior to the promotions of Ek Villain, the film was initially titled Villain and the sudden change in the title took everyone by surprise. However, the reason behind this modification was the fact that the rights for the title 'Villain' is currently with Arjun Rampal.

The actor has been toying with the idea of making a film with the title for quite some time now. And because there wasn't any progress on that front, Balaji Motion Pictures wanted to make a film on the title. However, in order to avoid any kind of copyright issues in the future, the production house opted for a safer route and decided to keep the title Ek Villain.

We also hear that Arjun Rampal is keen to make the film Villain and Vivek Rangachari of DAR Motion Pictures claimed that they were approached by Arjun for the same and they have been considering the idea of making a film on it.
