Christopher Holowatyj of Newmarket charged with Possession of Child Pornography

A Newmarket man faces numerous child pornography related charges after a home is searched in Hamilton’s west end.

Members of the Toronto Police Service Child Exploitation Section and Hamilton Police Service Internet Child Exploitation (I.C.E.) team executed a search warrant at a West Hamilton address early this morning.

As a result of their investigation, Christopher Holowatyj, 20 yrs. of Newmarket, has been charged with several offences including Making Child Pornography Available and Possession of Child Pornography. Further charges may result as the investigation continues.

HOLOWATYJ will appear for a bail hearing on November 2nd, 2010.
