450 gm coral crabs (2x)
2 tbsp fermented soya paste
1 tsp chopped garlic
20 gm ginger, minced
1 red chilli, minced
1 sprig spring onion, sectioned
¼ cup water
Remove shell of crab, scrape inner parts and clean well. Cut into 8 pieces. Pat crab claws. Cook in oil till half-cooked. Dish and drain.
Heat up 1 tbsp oil, stir fry chopped garlic, ginger and chilli followed by fermented soya paste, stir well.
Lastly, add in crab and water, stir till gravy is thick. Sprinkle spring onion on top. Dish.
