1 lb Fresh medium shrimp. Peeled, de-veined and grounded.
2 Cloves garlic. Minced.
1 Stalk green onion. Minced.
1 Tablespoon cornstarch.
¼ Teaspoon salt.
½ Teaspoon sugar.
1 Teaspoon sesame oil.
¼ Teaspoon black pepper.
A dozen of bamboo skewers. Soaked in cold water for 5 minutes.
In a large bowl, mix grounded shrimp with onion, garlic, salt, sugar,
cornstarch, oil and black pepper together. Mix well.
Spoons some shrimp pasted in your palm and makes into a shrimp ball.
Thread a bamboo skewer to center of shrimp ball.
Use your palm squeezes the shrimp ball to elongate the shape.
Continue until the shrimp paste gone.
Cook shrimp on stick on hot grill till it golden brown.
Serve hot with peanut sauce.
