On Wednesday, September 20, 2011, at approximately 7 p.m., police responded to a radio call for a fail-to-remain collision.

It is alleged that a 23-year-old man was driving a black Honda in the Ossington Ave & College St. area, when he became involved in a road-rage incident with another driver. The driver of the Honda struck the other driver while he was out of his car and pinned him against his own car, then proceeded to drive away. The 37-year-old man sustained serious leg injuries. Responding officers pursued the Honda for a short distance, but he managed to evade police. The driver parked his Honda in the area of the Bathurst subway station and fled.

On Thursday, September 21, 2011, William Davidson, 23, attended 14 Division and surrendered to police. He is charged with Attempted Murder, Threatening Death, Fail to Stop for Police, Dangerous Operation (motor vehicle).
