Unlike “Oblivion,” every time we see a still from “Behind The Candelabra” withMichael Douglas and Matt Damon playing Liberace and his young boyfriendScott Thorson, we ache to see it. The 70’s wardrobe alone looks amazing. When the pair broke up, Liberace kicked Scott out of his Beverly Hills penthouse. Years later we went to a party at that penthouse which was oddly located on Beverly Blvd. and had a rooftop pool and “his” and “his” bathrooms, but it wasn’t as lavish as we hoped it would be. Still, it was fun to see. Nowadays Scott Thorson looks a bit like Michael Douglas and Liberace combined.
