Those girls on Shahs of Sunset are constantly upgrading their looks since they became reality stars. Both Mercedes “MJ” Javid and Golnesa“GG” Gharachedaghi voluntarily provided before and after photos of their new and improved bodies to TMZ. MJ gave the website a flattering bathing suit pinup shot that may have been photoshopped, to replace a chubby photo from two years ago. GG actually had plastic surgery (fat transfer from belly to buttocks) and she brazenly sent TMZ before and after photos – she probably got the surgery free for publicizing the plastic surgeon. Above, the girls are leaving Craig’s restaurant after dinner.
