Aditi Rao Hydari
Styled by Eshaa Amiin, Karisma Kapoor attended an event on account of International Women’s Day draped in a quirky white saree with black and colourful motifs from Anamika Khanna replete with a longline cape. Sans accessories with the exception of delicate and barely visible black studs, Karisma paid an ode to all the women with her saree clad look. A sleek braid with dark eyes and pink lips rounded out her look. An out-of-the-box look, we absolutely heart the saree, drape along with the overall monotone and minimalistic vibe.
Styled by Mohit Rai, Shilpa Shetty opted for the Nafees saree by Swati and Sunaina. Statement earrings from Kishandas along with a subtle makeup of defined eyebrows, dark eyes, and nude pink lips along with a braided updo rounded out the look. We cannot stop crushing on Shilpa’s lovely green and gold woven sari that makes up for a striking contrast against a black background. Styled by Ami Patel and Sanjay Kumar Dauhaliya, Kangana wore a Bhibhu Mohapatra creation from his Spring 2018 RTW collection. The original dress featured a sheer underlining but Kangana wore a customized version that began with a striped off-shoulder bodice and a kimono styled bold coloured and embroidered skirt. A pair of matching pumps was a worthy addition. A subtle yet stunning makeup of blushed cheeks, highlighted cheekbones, heavily lined eyes, dark eyelids and warm mauve-pink lips complimented that faux catty hairdo. We loved the heady mix of the classy stripes and the bold coloured prints.
