John Abraham kicked off the gripping thriller with his Shootout At Wadala co-star Manoj Bajpayee this month. The film in question is apparently titled SMJ but the full-form of the film is yet to be revealed. While they have dived into the shooting completely, recently we saw the actors showcasing their humorous side on social media. Although John, of late has been doing some serious roles, it was a refreshing change to see him in a light mood for real!
Speaking of their post, John Abraham was seen in his fun elements. Accompanying was none other than the film’s director Milap Zaveri. But this fun mood was created right before intense mid-night shooting. Or so described by producer Nikkhil Advani. For the uninitiated, let us remind you that this thriller promises to feature some high-octane action sequences. Not at all surprising, considering the kind of action our hero John Abraham is famous for!
Well, owing to the theme of the film, it is quite obvious that the tone of the film would be quite serious. However, the video posted by Nikkhil Advani on Instagram was far from that. It featured John Abraham and Milap Zaveri enjoying a relaxing head massage. Furthermore, Nikkhil described about it in the post saying, “Solid prep happening before some intense mid-night shooting. #SMJ #film #bts #hardwork #concentration #wearelikethisonly @milapzaveri @thejohnabraham @emmayentertainment @tseries.official.”
The injury on John Abraham’s head indicates that the actor had already completed one tough action sequence.
SMJ marks the debut of Aisha Sharma, sister of Neha Sharma in Bollywood. Aisha, who gained popularity as a model and South actress, will play the love interest of John. The film is expected to release in the second half of 2018.
On the other hand, John Abraham is awaiting the release of his film Parmanu: The Story of Pokhran is expected to hit the theatres next month.
