USA: Free $30 Oye! Times readers Get FREE $30 to spend on Amazon, Walmart…After Prem Ratan Dhan Payo, it's time for another purported magnum opus to spread its wings into the regional market.
Sanjay Leela Bhansali's historical Bajirao Mastani about the life, love and battles of the Maratha warrior Peshwa Bajirao will be dubbed into Tamil and Telugu.

Expressing happiness over this development Bhansali says, "It is a welcome move. I think all Indian cinema is moving into a unified range of vision for the audience. We cannot say Kamal Haasan's Thoonga Vanam is a Tamil film or Court is a Marathi film, although the spoken language is Tamil and Marathi. Indian cinema has evolved and so has the audience. Though Bajirao is rooted to the Maharashtrian ethos its themes of love, loyalty, patriotism and nationalism are universal."

While being excited about his film's expansion into multi-lingualism, Sanjay is also hoping the film's cultural ethos remains unambiguous.

"I've made a film about a warrior whom I admire. The warrior's life is visualized in my style, and defined by my yardsticks of aesthetics."
