Jacqueline Fernandez, who was last seen in the 2015 film Brothers, certainly has a packed year ahead, but this hasn't stopped the actress from lending her support to social causes. In fact Jacqueline recently shot with chef Kunal Kapoor in support of Jamie Oliver's Food Revolution Day which addresses the child nutrition crisis.
At the event, Jacqueline tried her hand at making 'Sattu ka Paratha' and Omelette to emphasise that cooking is no hard task and simple healthy recipes can help eradicate nutrition crisis. Commenting on the initiative by Oliver, Jacqueline Fernandez says, "It's great to be involved in the Food Revolution this year. It's particularly important to us here in India because we're in the middle of a child nutrition crisis – as millions of kids suffer from being severely under-nourished, whilst last year over a quarter of Indian children between the ages of 13 and 18 were classed as obese. If we're going to combat the nutrition crisis we have to do it as one."
Back on the film front, this year Jacqueline has a sting of releases viz. Housefull 3, Dishoom and A Flying Jatt.
