Where Eid is a reminder of the sacrifice that Prophet Ibrahim (A.S) offered for Allah, it is also a means of getting together, sharing equality and enjoying the meat of sacrificed animal with people who are closer and who cannot afford to eat meat. However, whatever you do, do not eat much meat on Eid ul Adha.

Do not eat much meat on Eid ul Adha as The meat consumption on Eid ul Adha increases altogether and it is seen that there are many problems that arise when you eat the meat to an extensive amount that is why the doctors always ask you that do not eat much meat on Eid ul Adha. The problems can be avoided as you do not eat much meat on Eid ul Adha.

• If you have the problem of hypertension and have high blood pressure most of the time than do not eat much meat on Eid ul Adha as the red meat is a major cause of hypertension due to the high proteins it provides the body.

• If you are the patient of jaundice or hepatitis, then again it is requested that you do not eat much meat on Eid ul Adha. It will cause your liver to work more which will be a burden so do not eat much meat on Eid ul Adha.

• Along with these if you have some respiratory problem  then it is again advised that you do not each much meat on Eid ul Adha as this would increase your respiratory problem due the excessive oxygen needed to digest alter meat in your stomach.

• It is also advised that you do not eat much meat on Eid ul Adha as the doctors say that eating more quantities can give you gas, bloating and loose stools as well. The stomach is not in habit of digesting so much protein so it creates some problems in the people who eat a without keeping a balance so it is advised that you do not eat much meat on Eid ul Adha.

• There are certain bacteria’s especially in the meat that is the one from Eid so do not eat much eat on Eid ul Adha as it can carry bacteria in your intestines if not cooked finely and can cause infection in intestines.

• It is also said that you do not eat much meat on Eid ul Adha and in the form of barbeque as well because most of the times the smoke and soot from coal can make it carcinogen for the one eating it. It should also be noted that you do not eat much meat on Eid ul Adha if you have not stored it properly or it is kept outside for long.

• Do not eat much meat on Eid ul Adha if you think that your stomach cannot take any more of it and can cause you serious stomachache. Therefore, it is advised that you do not eat much meat on Eid ul Adha if there is something wrong with your digestion or you have undergone a period of food poisoning earlier.

• Do not eat much meat on Eid ul Adha as it will also not balance your diet and can cause many dietary problems.

Therefore, please it is recommended highly that you do not eat much meat on Eid ul Adha so that you enjoy your Eid with fun, joy and viewing all the ritualistic pride in the essence of this festival. Remember if you want to avoid all these problems then do not eat much food on Eid ul Adha.
