Suspicious material in possession of a male suspect at Pearson International Airport

Peel Regional Police have investigated a male, after he was found in possession of suspicious material, enroute to boarding a flight at Pearson International Airport.

On Tuesday, April 20, 2010, a male attempted to pass through a security check-point, on the Terminal 1, Departure level. Security Officers at the check point determined that the male was in possession of some suspicious material, and police were called.

The male was arrested without incident and, as result of further investigation, he was released unconditionally. No criminal charges will be laid.
