On August 11, 2010, the Ottawa Police Service Sexual Assault/Child Abuse Section charged an Ottawa man with one count of Aggravated Sexual Assault and one count of Forcible Confinement.
An investigation was commenced on August 8, 2010, after a woman reported that she had been sexually assaulted and held against her will in a residence on in the Centertown area.
Ladislav CECH, 60-years-old of Ottawa, was arrested on August 11, 2010, and charged with Aggravated Sexual Assault and Forcible Confinement. He is scheduled to appear in court today.
