On Saturday, May 8, 2010, at 9:38 p.m., police responded to a call for a fire at 102 Lappin Avenue.
It is alleged that:
– a man was removed from the building by members of Toronto Fire Services,
– the man was pronounced dead at the scene.
On Tuesday November 16, 2010, Jason Windebank, 31, of no fixed address, was arrested and charged with:
1) Second Degree Murder.
He is scheduled to appear in court at Old City Hall, on Wednesday, November 17, 2010, room 101, at 10 a.m.
