Written and produced by Marilyn Hackett, this heart-warming musical is based on WWII correspondence between her mother Margaret Wolff and Marine dive bomber pilot Captain Tom Johnson, who she eventually married. Hackett discovered the letters and found them to be terrific inspiration for this work, which in turn is a moving tribute to her parents and all veterans of foreign wars.
