For the first time ever on American stages, British psychedelic pop legends The Zombies will perform their masterpiece, 1968’s Odessey & Oracle, in its entirety with full instrumentation and original members Colin Blunstone, Rod Argent, Chris White and Hugh Grundy. The album, ranked by Rolling Stone as the 100th Greatest Album of All Time, spawned such unforgettable songs as “Time of the Season,” “Care of Cell 44” and “This Will Be Our Year.” Odessey & Oracle, upon its release, marked the end of The Zombies’ career, as the band had already broken up before it was even released, but it was to be the beginning of a legacy that continues nearly half a century later. This once-in-a-lifetime performance at the Saban Theatre in Beverly Hills will also feature other classic Zombies hits as well as new material from their forthcoming studio album.
