NOBODY works harder to promote her brand than Lady Gaga. She clomped around the cobblestone streets of Cologne, Italy, in the outlandish outfit in order to drum up excitement for her upcoming concert. (Does she EVER stop touring?) Of course, she’s just ASKING for animal activists to freak out over what looks like a dead animal draped around her neck. Those shoes are so precipitous that she has to be helped by a minder at all times. Gaga promises her next album ARTPOP will be an earth-shattering “multimedia experience” – it will include apps that allow fans to watch films, listen to extra tracks, and even chat with her!
