Instant Ingredients for Strawberry Ice Cream Cake
– Simple sponge cake

For instant strawberry Ice cream cake you can buy read made sponge cake, however sponge cake is easy to bake at home too. Here is the recipe. It is your choice whether you wana but readymade or bake.
Ingredients for sponge cake
– Eggs: 6
– Flour: 50gm
– Caster: 75 gm
– Baking powder: 1 level tea spoon
Preparation for Sponge cake
Beat the egg with electric beater until it gets f0luffy like foam. Add sugar and again beat for 5 minutes. Now fold the flour and baking powder with spatula. Fold it gently. Bake the sponge cake on 180 degree centigrade for 20 minutes on preheated oven. Prepare the cake in square cake pan.
Direction to make strawberry Ice cream cake
– Cut the strawberries and cook for 5 minutes in 1cup water and 4 table spoon of sugar. Drain out the water after cooked.
– Cut the cake in 3 layers
– Place the one layer of cool cake, fill the strawberry ice cream. Cover it with second layer of cake
– Spread the whipped cream on this cake layer
– Spread the layer of cooked strawberries over the whipped cream
– Then finally cover it with 3rd layer of soft sponge cake.
– Trim the cake in square shape to fine the edges.
– Decorate it with whipped cream, cooked and fresh strawberries.
– Freeze the cake until very firm.
