Bon Scott Trecartin temporarily banned from Hartland, N.B.

On Tuesday, April 6, a 19-year-old Sommerville area man in court facing a number of charges, was released until his next court appearance by the Judge under a number of conditions, including being banned from the Town of Hartland.

The RCMP arrested Bon Scott Trecartin on April 1 in connection with a number of assaults that occurred over a 24 hour period. He was held in custody until his bail hearing on April 6. Trecartin is charged with numerous counts including two counts of assault causing bodily harm, assault, threats, mischief and breaching a judge’s undertaking. At his hearing, Judge R. Leslie Jackson of the Woodstock Provincial Court released Trecartin on strict conditions including not being in the Town of Hartland unless he is there for a doctor’s appointment, banking or to attend a pharmacy. The ban is in place until at least his next court appearance on April 20, at which time he is scheduled to enter a plea on the charges.

  1. i think all of you people are stupcomment_ID, bon scott trecartin was not who dcomment_ID it nobody would no who hit that walton in the face bacause there was more then just bon and for those police officers who asked… “is this who hit you” with that picture!! ,bons lived in hartland all his life and the wolton always seen him around so dont be just banning people and tryin to through people in jail unless you no 100 percent that it is that person … cause you wrong

  2. Bon got what’s coming to him. Poor little creep. Dcomment_IDn’t have a chance with his dirt bag, drug dealing family. Maybe the poor kcomment_ID will come to his senses and get away from them all and make a real life for himself.
