Join Saga Collectif, Buddies In Bad Times Theatre, Obsidian Theatre Company for Black On Black Loving, a day of exploring the intersections of blackness, queerness, and gender.
Admission is FREE and a free lunch will be provided.

The first half of the day 11am – 1pm will feature a panel in the round with artists, academics and activists discussing the current state of black queer masculinity in these charged and transformative times. Confirmed panelists include: Rinaldo Walcott, MJ Wrigema, Syrus Marcus Ware, LaLi Mohamed
The second half of the day 2pm – 4pm will consist of workshops led by the Black Boys team on creation with critical thinking, reflective of their creation and rehearsal process.
This will be an inclusive day of reflection, discussion and exploration to learn, share and grow.
All are welcome to attend. We strongly encourage those who self identify as black and queer cis, trans, gender non conforming to attend this important discussion.
ASL Interpretation will be provided. Buddies is a wheelchair accessible venue.
