Nicholas MITCHELL, a 12 year-old male from New Brunswick, was last seen Thursday, September 1, 2011, at approximately 6:30 a.m., at his relative’s residence on Legacy Lane. Mitchell was visiting relatives in the Brampton area and was supposed to fly back to New Brunswick today. Investigators believe that the youth has ran away to avoid going home and has not been seen since.

Nicholas Mitchell is described as white 5’3” inches tall, with a slim build and short brown straight hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a green shirt with letters “Hilfiger” and blue jean shorts, black running shoes with yellow, green, and red on them.

Although there are no obvious indications of foul play, given Mitchell’s age, police and family members are concerned for his well being.

UPDATE: Nicholas has been located.

  1. Coudos to you and 680 you both are the only media out there reporting anything about this missing boy. I am horrified about the fact that none of the larger papers are reporting this I hope this boy is found safe. I hope we dont have another inccomment_IDent like Brandon Crisp from Barrie.
