Hacker group ‘Anonymous’ has warned Canada to stop interfering with the Occupy Toronto camp or else Toronto will have to pay a high price.

On Saturday, Anonymous released a video on Youtube. The computerized voice says:

"We all have freedom of speech and opinions to express and they are doing it peacefully. There is no reason for you to put an end to the occupation in Toronto. The brave citizens of Toronto are peaceful and well-mannered occupiers and we will not let the City or the mayor that uses vulgar language in public get involved.

"You have said that by next week the occupiers shall be removed. And we say by next week if you do not change your mind you will be removed from the Internet. We have already planned for this."

In response, mayor’s secretary Adrienne Batra said that Ford and city manager have been very clear over the past week – it’s time this came to a peaceful conclusion. Batra said: "They (the protesters) do not have a permit and we are asking them to leave."

On the other hand, Occupy Toronto protestors believe their work is far from done and they would not give up or be threatened by the strong words from Toronto’s mayor.
