The show chronicles the ebb and flow of her Hollywood career through insider stories of the entertainment business (including what it’s like to work with Eartha Kitt), multi-media features and an interpretive dance number that really must be seen to be believed. The show covers the period after Coles’ groundbreaking hit comedy Living Single got canceled. At first what Coles missed were the perks of showbiz success. As pilot seasons came and went without another breakout hit, Coles began to learn to find the true worth in the profession of entertainer and recognize that the real gifts in life do not come from an overstuffed bag at a media event.
