To celebrate the United Nations International Day of Peace, the Listen for Life Musicfest 2012 concert at the Ford Amphitheatre will feature a blues-rock band comprised of members from famous bands along with legendary international musicians. Listen for Life is a non-profit organization dedicated to creating a global family of music creators, performers and listeners. The Listen for Life All-Star Band includes present and former band members of Eric Clapton, Guns N’ Roses, Dave Matthews Band, Carole King, Billy Preston, John Lee Hooker, Lionel Richie, Sergio Mendes, Toto and Asia, uniting for the first time to promote world peace through music.
