The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance locating a missing girl.

Lynecia Blugh, 12, was last seen on Wednesday, October 3, 2012, at approximately 1:30 p.m., in the Eglinton Avenue East/Kennedy Road area.

She is described as having a dark complexion, 5’6″, 125 lbs., with black curly hair combed to the side, with one-half of her head shaved. She was wearing a grey or white T-shirt, white pajama-style pants with penguins with Santa hats, barefoot, with long bright-blue nails.

Police are concerned for her safety.

Update: Lynecia Blugh was located on Tuesday, October 9, 2012.
