The Hamilton Police Service Victims of Crime Unit has charged a Hamilton man with Sexual Assault and Sexual Interference and investigators believe there may be more victims.
On December 18th, 2012, Hamilton Police were made aware of a historical situation involving a male, now 28 yrs. old and a child under 10 yrs. old. The information was forwarded to the Victims of Crime Unit for further investigation.
It is alleged that in 2005 the male sexually assaulted the boy in the child’s home.
On January 9th, 2013 Tyler Iwaszko was arrested and held pending a bail hearing.

The Hamilton Police Service Victims of Crime Unit continues to investigate and is concerned that there may be further victims.
