One of the great comedy masterpieces, Billy Wilder’s 1959 classic Some Like It Hot features the unlikely trio of Marilyn Monroe, Tony Curtis and Jack Lemmon. Set in 1920s, Lemmon and Curtis star as out of work musicians who go on the run after witnessing a murder. They come up with a plan to disguise themselves as female musicians to escape from the mob, but when they meet up with sexy ukulele player Sugar Kane (Monroe), that all goes out the window. With laughs, charm and heart a plenty, the film stands the test of time and remains just as hilarious as is did more than 50 years ago.
