Next up this coming Thursday is the ever so popular Flat Rock Cellars Winery. Mavrik has always searched for those particular wineries that break the mold to create something new, in line with its own brand. Flat Rock Cellars did just this by taking its popular Pinot Noir Grape, throwing the skins aside to create a Rogue Pinot Noir White that you won’t want to miss. This event will showcase several of Flat Rocks finest small production wines, most of which cannot be found anywhere else in Toronto. Taste their wines and have an informal chat with Flat Rock to learn more about their interesting wine making stories, or sip the night away with a bottle, flight or glass of their wines.
