Australia and England will again face each other in the fifth and final test match at The Oval in south London on August 21.
England have already wrapped up the Test series but they had to face some resistance from the visitors in the last three tests. Joe Root definitely requires scoring some runs in this final Test to prove his selectors right in choosing him for the job as he hasn’t scored too many runs apart from the massive hundred. The likely English squad will include: 1 Alastair Cook (capt), 2 Joe Root, 3 Jonathan Trott, 4 Kevin Pietersen, 5 Ian Bell, 6 Jonny Bairstow, 7 Matt Prior (wk), 8 Steven Finn/Chris Tremlett 9 Stuart Broad, 10 Graeme Swann, 11 James Anderson.
Australia have to face massive criticism during this tour but they have performed quite well despite the series standing at 2-0 in favor of hosts.
