The Hamilton Police Service is seeking the assistance of the public in locating a missing elderly Hamilton woman.
On Sunday September 1st, 2013, 79-year-old Helga Turnau went missing from her current residence on the Hamilton Mountain and has not returned. Turnau is visually impaired and only has partial vision in one eye. Turnau is not likely to seek out assistance in order to get home. Hamilton Police do not suspect foul play but they are concerned for Turnau’s well-being.
Turnau is described as:
– Female, White, 5’7”, 160lbs, short white hair with hazel eyes.
– Turnau was last seen wearing a blue embroidered top.
– Turnau has a German accent
Update: Helga Turnau has been located and the Hamilton Police are no longer concerned for her safety.
