Investigators from the 22 Division Criminal Investigation Bureau are seeking the public’s assistance in locating three missing youths from the Brampton area.
On Friday, September 13, 2013 at approximately 10:00 a.m., all three youths failed to show up for school and it is believed that all three youths were travelling together.
The first missing female youth is Rose Murphy, 14 year-old, Brampton resident. She is described as white, 5 feet tall, medium build, shoulder length straight blond hair. She was last wearing black pants, a grey sweater with a pink back- pack.
Second female youth is Kilee Prias, a 15 year-old, Brampton resident. She is described as white, 5 feet tall, thin build, with shoulder length straight black hair. She was wearing a black sweater, black jeans and wearing a black back- pack.
Third male youth is Shane Moss, a 14 year-old, Brampton resident. He is described as white, 5’ 2” tall, thin build, blond hair and blue eyes. He was last seen wearing a bright blue and black hoodie, black skinny style pants and a black baseball cap.
Police and the parents of the missing youths are concerned for their wellbeing since they have gone for this period of time and have not made any contact with friends or family.
Update: An extensive investigation began and hundreds of tips were followed up. On Thursday, September 19, 2013 at approximately 1:10 p.m., information was received advising the youths were at a restaurant in Hamilton, Ontario.
Hamilton Police located the three and subsequently contacted Peel Regional Police, 22 Division investigators.
The three youths, Rose Murphy, Kilee Prias, and Shane Moss, were returned to their families without incident and in good health.
