The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance locating a missing girl.
Lynecia Blugh, 14, was last seen on Sunday, November 17, 2013, at 1 p.m., after leaving her residence in the Jane Street and Finch Avenue West area.
She is described as black, 5’6″, 125 lbs., with braided black hair. She was last seen wearing a black-and-red varsity-style jacket, blue jeans and red-and-white Air Jordan running shoes.
Police are concerned for her safety.
