The Nanaimo RCMP is asking for the public’s assistance in locating 15 year old Katrina Noelle Ladouceur missing since Wednesday May 28th.
Ladouceur left her home and is believed to be in the company of a 27 year male, who she has previously travelled with. Just two weeks ago, she was located in Port Alberni with the same male and returned to her home. Ladouceur did not take her medication with her which she needs to control a medical condition. There have been several unconfirmed sightings of Ladouceur in the past week but to date, her whereabouts are unknown.
Ladouceur is a white female, 5 ft. 7, 125 pounds with shoulder length reddish/brown hair. She has no visible scars or tattoos. One interesting physical feature is her gait. She walks on the balls of her feet which are often referred to a “dancers walk”.
She was last seen wearing an orange/pink Billabong hoody with white sleeves, blue jeans, light blue/grey hiking boots and a Navy blue toque. The first name of the male she may be with is “Kody”. He is a white male, 5 ft 11, 130 pounds and may be carrying a black pack sack and black guitar case.
Update: The Nanaimo RCMP are still actively looking for 15 year old Katrina Noelle Ladouceur, last seen in Nanaimo on May 29th, 2014.
Since her disappearance, there have been numerous sightings throughout Vancouver Island, the Lower Mainland and Fraser River Valley. Each has been investigated but have not added any insight to her whereabouts.
The most recent information has Katrina in either Kamloops or Vancouver with a 27 year old male named Kody Allen. Katrina has a nice singing voice and Allenoften carries a guitar with him, so they may be busking to support themselves. Neither Ladouceur or Allenhas contacted their families. They may also be tenting or sleeping in shelters.
Update: 15 year old Katrina Noelle Ladouceur missing since May 29th from Nanaimo has been located.
Ladouceur was located in Mission yesterday, in the company of her 27 year male friend. She is in good health and her family has been notified.
