Times readers Get FREE $30 to spend on Amazon, Walmart…Almost a month after the culmination of the IPL series, actress and Kings XI team owner Preity Zinta has filed a case of molestation against industrialist and her one time beau Ness Wadia. In her police statement, Preity alleges that Ness touched her inappropriately and even hurled abuses at her during the match between her team and Chennai Superkings.
Preity's complaint has been lodged at the Marine Drive police station under section 354 of the Indian Penal Code. In the complaint she further states that post their break up, Ness had been harassing her, but things got out of hand during the match at Wankhede stadium when Ness tried talking to her, despite receiving a cold shoulder, after which he grabbed her to get her attention and hurled abuses at her when he was being escorted away.
On the other hand, the industrialist contradicts the allegations in a statement saying, "I am shocked at the complaint and the allegations made against me are totally false and baseless."
