Ottawa man Nicholas Philion faces several counts on child pornography

Today, the Ottawa Police Service Internet Child Exploitation Unit (ICE) charged an Ottawa man following a complaint of hard copy Child Pornography images being located on play structures and ballpark bleachers in the Paul Anka Drive in September and inside an office building in 100 block of Elgin Street in October.

Nicholas Philion, 29 years old, of Ottawa, has been charged with three counts of Possession of Child Pornography, two counts of Distribution of Child Pornography and two counts of Make Available Child Pornography.

He is scheduled to appear at court for a bail hearing on Saturday, November 8th.
