More magical than Hogwarts, more detailed than Middle Earth, the moonlit groves of Shakespeare’s beloved comedy have charmed audiences for centuries. It is in these woods that four young lovers become caught in a quarrel between the king and queen of the faeries. When a hapless troupe of local actors rehearsing a play in the forest also gets swept up in the madness, the comical snarl of spells seems impossible to sort out. But with faeries and sprites all around, it just takes a little more magic and, as Puck puts it, “all is mended.” Cupcake Theater takes you deep inside this world of love, mischief and magic in an intimate theater setting for a truly wonderful experience.
