USA: Oye! Times readers Get FREE $30 to spend on Amazon, Walmart…Not only has Salman Khan designed Sooraj Pancholi's first-look poster of Hero, the superstar has also personally sat and cut the film's first trailer with the film's director Nikhil Advani.

Says a source close to the project, "Salman has cut the first trailer with Nikhil. It will be released on July 15 and then shown in theatres across the country on July 16."

Not only that, Salman Khan asked Sooraj to dub specially for the trailer. "There were portions in the trailer which are not part of the feature film. For example, the shot of Sooraj's back on the screen was initially supposed to be without dialogue. Salman insisted there should be a monologue by Sooraj Pancholi in the shot where we only see the debutant's back on screen."

What's more, Salman has personally chalked out a marketing plan for the film's lead pair Sooraj and Aathiya Shetty, and that includes multiple city tours.

"Nothing regarding the publicity of Hero will be done without Salman's consent. Once Salman's own film Bajrangi Bhaijaan is released, he will be pitching in fully to promote Hero," says a source close to the project.
