Shah Rukh Khans Red Chillies inks deal with MSM for TV rights for Dilwale

Times readers Get FREE $30 to spend on Amazon, Walmart…While Dilwale is already creating a lot of buzz owing to its star power, the film has earned yet another string of profit on its television rights. Apparently, Red Chillies, the production house owned by Shah Rukh Khan has entered into a strategic alliance with MSM (Multi Screen Media) for the television rights of the film.

Sony Entertainment Media (owned by MSM) which already holds the rights of Shah Rukh Khan's all time blockbuster Dilwale Dulhaniya Le Jayenge, co-starring Kajol has now collaborated with Red Chillies for the satellite rights of Dilwale and has sealed the deal worth Rs. 60 crore. While the details are still unknown, we hear that this alliance also includes two to three other projects that come up to Rs. 220 crore.

Prior to this, it was revealed that the music rights of Dilwale were sold for whopping Rs. 19 crore to Sony Music.

Directed and produced by Rohit Shetty along with Red Chillies, Dilwale stars Shah Rukh Khan, Kajol, Varun Dhawan, Kriti Sanon among others and is slated to release on December 18.
